Moth to Flame is not only a full-service video production company, but also a marketing powerhouse that combines photography, website design, and social media in tackling all your media needs. We are based in Austin and Houston, Texas, but have traveled to multiple locations including Los Angeles, China, and Taiwan. The company was created by Christine Chen, who is a Rice University 2007 graduate and a MBA student at the University of Texas McCombs. Christine has won numerous awards for her work.

Moth to Flame loves making films. We conduct all of our projects with the utmost love and care. Our projects stand apart because of their cinematic appeal through the creative use of story line, editing, and filming style. We are an ever growing group of creative people. Without the dedication of the Moth to Flame team, we would not be where we are today.

Our Team

	CHRISTINE CHEN (CEO) has been filming since she knew what a VHS camcorder could do. She has a B.A. from Rice University as well as a MBA from the University of Texas McCombs. Her favorite thing to do is be on set behind the camera, but when she is not filming, she also enjoys watching movies, eating, and hanging outside.			DUSTY GIBSON (CFO) graduated with a B.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Since meeting Christine in 2008, he has tried to support her in her pursuit of filmmaking in any way possible. What he lacks in creative ability, he tries to make up for by helping the company with his nerdy accounting skills. When he is not giving Christine headaches about regulations and rules, he is playing sports or trying to physically push his body to its limit.
	JASON HATCH (ASST EDITOR) is a filmmaker,musician, and six-time World Karate Champion. He has lived all over Texas and recently moved to Austin because it’s the city which currently has the least amount of warrants out for his arrest. Christine didn’t really want to hire him but she had no choice. She barely knows karate at all.			MICHELLE CASANOVA (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) met Christine while they were both working on their MBA’s at University of Texas Austin.  A filmmaker in her own right under the label “ReelCasanova Productions”, Michelle has joined the MTF team to work on business development and account management.
	KELSEY PRIBILSKI (HOST)  is currently in pursuit of a film, television and Radio Degree. She is an Army brat that spent her formative years in Central Texas. She has been acting since she was 9 and decided to move to Austin to pursue a career. Her dream is to be a successful actress. She is single and looking….			COLLIN SNYDER (ASST EDITOR) is a current RTF student at the University of Texas. He loves long walks on the beach and wrecking havoc at the office with Kelsey Pribilski, his partner in crime.
