08 Jul A Desk A Day: Funemployment Reshoot
Christine our director of Funemployment has been saying time and time again that Funemployment is wrapped. But of course… Christine jokes it is because she doesn’t have any friends that she continues to have reshoots for the film. Which brings us to our Monday Desk A Day.
Monday a few of us met up at Verts to have a little bit to eat before going to film one last scene(hopefully) for Funemployment. The scene takes place in a parking garage, which was conveniently located near by. The set-up was pretty simple, park the car where the lighting would light up our talent, and get the cameras pointed at them. Sound was pretty easy too, it involved shoving the lav mics into the sun visors in the car and setting up the boom outside the car with the windows down. There were a few hiccups involving a camera rig that needed a replacement bolt, and only having a 64gb SD card for the audio recorder, which took forever to load up because of that. We still got that all to work out and get the scene shot.
Check out some photos I took while we were getting set up below.
Be sure to check out the trailer if you haven’t already!
