By entering into the SXSW Giveaway Contest you agree to the following rules and conditions.   Only one (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) person, company, or business (winner).  The prize will consist of five (5) three (3) to five (5) minute videos to be filmed, edited, and delivered before May 1, 2012.
