17 Feb Funemployment Cast & Crew Wrap Party + Official Trailer Debut

After months of hard work, the cast & crew of Funemployment  finally got together for the epic wrap party to watch the debut of the trailer. In the spirit of Funemployment, we decided to host the wrap party at a local Austin co-working space, Chicon Collective. With a super bad ass projector, this was the first time I had seen the trailer on such a large screen. I was watching a real movie! Yes, I cried. Several times.

There was delicious home cooked foods (whoever brought the short ribs… I love you), desserts, and drinks. My friend, Daran Herrman from ColoredLion.com, whose party barge we crashed in order to film one of the scenes, came and helped set up a green screen to take some awesome fun photos. Cannot wait to see what those turn out looking like.

One of my favorite moments was drinking a cider by myself watching a slide show of over 600 pictures from behind the scenes and thinking to myself, wow. We actually filmed an entire movie. This is something I have dreamed about since I was a kid. And now it’s up on the wall in trailer form.

Unfortunately, the hard work is not over yet  folks. We have literally only finished 30% of this process, if that. Now I’m in post and I need your support. Please check out the kickstarter and help us raise money to finish this film! #areyoufunemployed
